        6.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 24th September, 2014 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No.91 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ 1,500/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the petition, i.e. from 7th March, 2011.

3. Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
