2. Judgment dated 14th November, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.225 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner, has been rejected.

3. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the matter has already become infructuous.

4. In view of such submission, the RPFAM stands dismissed as infructuous.
