                 7.         1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Learned counsel for Opposite Parties is present.

3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 17th February, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.141 of 2013, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.5,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., 13th August, 2013.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 24th September, 2016 passed in Misc. Case No.278 of 2016 stands vacated.
