ORDER
Order No. 10.02.2023 3. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for adjournment to comply with the direction of this Court dated 16th December, 2016 by filing requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party by Speed Post.
3. This Court is not inclined to grant such prayer, as in the meantime more than six years have already elapsed.
4. Judgment dated 26th August, 2015 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in Criminal Proceeding No.693 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.14,000/- per month to the Petitioner from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 27th September, 2013 and to pay litigation expenses of Rs.3,000/-.

5. Since Mr. Mishra, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not prepared to argue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
