        15.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 5th May, 2012 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.1194 of 2010 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby allowing an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Opposite Party ex parte, the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., from 18th December, 2010.

3. Ms. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing along with Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no instruction in the matter and prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands disposed of as withdrawn.
