04. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. As per the Office Note, the nomenclature of this matter is to be changed to "MACA" instead of "Writ Petition", as impugned is the judgment dated 19.08.2016, passed by the 3rd Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Balasore, in MAC Case No.103/49 of 2013/2011.

3. Though learned Counsel for the Petitioner took time to take instruction and do the needful, till date no step has been taken for change of nomenclature of the Writ Petition to MACA.

4. However, Mr. Khuntia, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, orally prays to direct the Office to do the needful and change the nomenclature of the Writ Petition to MACA.

5. In view of such prayer made by Mr. Khuntia, Office is directed to change the nomenclature of the Writ Petition and register it as MACA.

6. After change of nomenclature, matter be placed before the Bench having assignment, after the stamp reporting is made.
