2. We find noting of the Stamp Reporter that the matter may be registered as writ petition. Accordingly, we looked at ex-parte judgment dated 20th January, 2022, impugned in the appeal. The order in it was for payment of monthly maintenance.

3. The file be sent down to the department for change of nomenclature and to place it before the Bench having assignment. The memo be kept in the file.
