07. 1. Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants-

appellants (wife and daughter). Mr. Moharana, learned advocate

appears on behalf of respondent-husband.

2. Impugned is judgment dated 3rd December, 2011 made by the

family Court. Reported delay is 1911 days.

3. Respondent-husband has filed three appeals against impugned

judgment and another judgment dated 27 th April, 2012. Those appeals

being covered by entry-12 in assignment list of the Division Bench

presided by the Acting Chief Justice, we have this day released those

appeals.

4. This appeal being grossly delayed we have no hesitation to

direct it to go out of the list pending decision on the old appeals.
