2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. As it appears, the order impugned has been passed on 30.04.2019, whereas the review Petition has been filed on 28.02.2020, and as such, there is delay of more than nine months in filing the review petition. Therefore, the review petition suffers from delay and laches.
4. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this review Petition at this belated stage, as the review petition suffers from delay and laches, in view of the judgment/order of this Court in the case of State of Odisha v. Surama Manjari Das (W.P.(C) No. 15763 of 2021 dismissed on 16.07.2021).
5. Accordingly, the review petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
