3. Issue notice to the Respondent-Husband by way of Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D., fixing short returnable date. Requisites, as undertaken, be filed by three working days.

4. Call for the L.C.R. in C.P. No.65 of 2022.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the Appellant, to avoid any conflict in service of notice on the Respondent and as the Appellant here desires to take out notice on both the addresses of the Husband-Respondent available, this Court permits the Appellant to take out notice on both the addresses of the Husband. Requisites for such purpose be also filed in respect of both addresses.
