2. Heard Mr. S.K. Samantray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L. Samantray, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.
3. Mr. S.K. Samantray, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Narottam Rath v. State of Odisha, 2023 SCC OnLine Ori, 153. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
4. Mr. L. Samantray, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties has also endorsed the same view.
5. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Narottam Rath v. State of Odisha, 2023 SCC OnLine Ori, 153.
