2. Learned Counsel for the Parties are present.

3. Mr. Rout, learned ASC for the State, who represents the Contemners submits, I.A. No.11348 of 2023 has been moved for modification of judgment dated 07.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.24000 of 2019, based on which the present Contempt Proceeding has been initiated by the Petitioner.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, in response to said I.A., his client has already filed an objection opposing to the said prayer made in the I.A.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Parties, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move for listing of the present Contempt Petition after disposal of the I.A. No.11348 of 2023, filed in W.P.(C) No.24000 of 2019.
