                 2.                1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 18th December, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.141 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of the application, i.e., from 23rd December, 2016.

3. Mr. Dalei, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner, by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. The same is taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
