                 3.                1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 10th October, 2018 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.13 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month to the Petitioner-Wife from the date of the order, i.e., from 10th October, 2018.

3. Mr. Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. The same is taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.
