08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
/Physical Mode).
2. Pursuant to order dated 24.08.2023, a report was called for from the Assistant Sessions Judge, Banpur in S.T.case No.29/114 of 2022.
3. Registry has placed the report received from the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Banpur before this Court today. On perusal of the report, it appears that the learned trial Court has pronounced the final judgment on 30.06.2023 thereby holding that the accused persons are not guilty of the offences under Sections 498-A,294, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the D.P.Act and as such were acquitted under section 235(1) of Cr.P.C.
4. In such view of the matter, the present application for cancellation of bail has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous.
