10. 1. Heard Mr. S.P. Dash, learned counsel for the Appellant-

claimant and Mr. N.B. Das, learned counsel for Respondent No.2- Insurance Company.

2. Present appeal by the injured - claimant is directed against the judgment dated 13.12.2011 of learned 4th MACT, Jagatsinghpur passed in M.A.C. No.75 of 2007, wherein the learned Tribunal has granted compensation to the tune of Rs.74,796/- along with interest @6% per annum to the claimant from 13.8.2007 on account of injury sustained by her in the motor vehicular accident dated 23.5.2007.

3. Upon hearing both parties and considering all such grounds of challenge advanced, including physical disability mentioned in the Disability Certificate under Ext.9, a further consolidated sum of Rs.40,000/- (rupees forty thousand) is proposed in course of hearing. 4. The Insurance Company is thus directed to deposit the further consolidated sum of Rs.40,000/- (rupees forty thousand) before the Tribunal within a period of two months from today; where- after the same shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant- Appellant.

5. The MACA is disposed of.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
