1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This writ petition has been filed assailing the judgment dated 3rd August, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding No.926 of 2012.
3. As the judgment passed in the Civil Proceeding is assailed in this writ petition, it should have been registered as MATA, as pointed out by the S.R.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Court's Act, 1984 (MATA).
5. Certified copy of the judgment and order sheet shall be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopies thereof.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
