01. 1. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of review
applicants who were opposite party nos. 5 to 15 in the writ petition. He
submits, the application is for review of judgment dated 20th January,
2023, by which the writ petition was disposed of. On query from Court
he submits, his clients want recall of the order on review.
2. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government
Advocate appears on behalf of State. He points out, there is noting of
delay in filing the application. Mr. Dash prays for leave to apply for
condonation of delay.

4. We find from said judgment dated 20th January, 2023 that
review applicants were represented. Only grounds available to them
for seeking review would be error apparent or production of some new
material or evidence, which inspite of due diligence review applicants
could not produce at the hearing.
5. We adjourn the review application to enable applicants for
taking steps and getting ready for hearing and disposal of the
application, if possible, on adjourned date.
6. List on 8th May, 2023 marked at 2.00 p.m.
