2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 10th May, 2017 (Annexure-1 series) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur, Ganjam in Criminal Proceeding No.260 of 2015 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of the order.

4. Although the matter was filed on 10th August, 2017 but no step was taken to get the matter listed for admission.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
