03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

2. The Appellants, having been served with the notice as directed in our judgment dated 27.03.2023, have sent separate petitions through the Superintendent of District Jail, Keonjhar. However, they have not engaged any counsel other than Mr. B.S. Das, who had been engaged from the beginning by them.

Let the copies of these petitions of the Appellants received by us be served upon Mr.Das to get ready for having his submission taking those into account. In the meantime, we propose to call for a report from the Superintendent of District Jail, Keonjhar as to the conduct of these Appellants during the period of their stay in the jail.

3. In view of the above, the matter be fixed to 1st May, 2023 along with CRLA Nos.416 & 417 of 2021.
