        4.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 5th January, 2016 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No.59 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 5th April, 2013.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 15th May, 2017 passed in Misc. Case No.124 of 2017 stands vacated.
