                4.          1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 2nd March, 2015 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.46 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 (through mother guardian) from the date of the application, i.e., 14th August, 2007.

3. Since none appears for the Petitioner to press the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Interim order dated 28th February, 2017 passed in Misc. Case No.35 of 2017 stands vacated.

5. Office shall communicate the order to learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur forthwith.
