10. 1. The impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge has according to learned counsel for both parties, recorded certain essential dates and events incorrectly. The writ petition, therefore, requires to be reconsidered.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned judgment dated 3rd July, 2019 is hereby set aside and the writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.2299 of 2008 is restored to the file of learned Single Judge in the roster Bench, where it will be listed for hearing on 27th July, 2023.

3. Since pleadings are complete in the matter, learned Single Judge is requested to proceed with the hearing on merits and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible.
