2. 1. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, there had been direction for issuance of notice upon opposite party nos. 4 to 9. Learned advocate for opposite party no.5 has entered appearance. He submits, pursuant to impugned judgment and the consequential order, there will be attempt to take away management from his clients. He submits, application for interim protection has been filed.
2. Mr. Nath, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 3.
3. Service return on opposite party nos.4 and 6 to 9 are not yet back. When this writ petition was called upon earlier, pass over was obtained on behalf of learned advocate engaged by opposite party no.5. It has again been called. Opposite party no.5 goes unrepresented.
4. Status quo be maintained till next date of hearing.
