Heard Admit Call for trial Court records.
The Interim applications for bail and stay of realization of fine shall be considered after receipt of the trial Court records.
Since one of the offence under section 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, let an extra copy of the appeal memo and impugned judgment as well as copies of the interim applications be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (11.04.2023), which will be sent // 2 //
to the Inspector in-charge of Puri Sadar Police Station in Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.203 of 2020 for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to him that the matter is likely to be taken up on 24th April 2023 and if he so likes, he can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
