01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
This is an application for condonation of delay. The Stamp Reporter has pointed out that there are defects in the affidavits of the interim applications.
It appears that one Sunil Munda has sworn the affidavits and he has mentioned in paragraph no.1 that 'I am the A in this case'.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that she will file proper affidavits within a period of one week.
List this matter immediately after the correct affidavits are filed.

interim applications as well as the copy of the impugned judgment.
