3. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C) No. 4848 of 2021, which were disposed of on 24.06.2022.

4. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the Judgment dated 24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C) No. 4848 of 2021, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgments.
