Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case of the Petitioner is squarely covered by the Judgment passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 4103 of 2022 (arising out of S.L.P.(Civil) No. 936/2022) decided on 20.05.2022 and files copy of the said Order after serving copy of the same on learned Counsel for the State, who wants some time to examine the same and to have his say in the said regard.
