Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 files a Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Rajasthan vs. B. K. Meena and Ors. reported in AIR 1997 SC 13 (Civil Appeal No. 12563 of 1996), in Court today. The same be kept on record.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner wants some time to examine the same and have his say.
