1. 1. Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners

(supplier) and submits, impugned is judgment dated 29th January,

2022 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA). Statutory remedy

being available, there could not be approach to the PLA without first

availing the same. Procedure adopted by the PLA interfers with

working of Electricity Act, 2003.

2. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.2 by

registered/speed post with AD. Petitioners will put in requisites.

3. List on 17th October, 2022.
