01. 1. A serious allegation is made that the Mutation Misc. Case No.62/2011 filed for making necessary corrections in the record of rights depending on the Civil Court judgment and decree, is still pending.

2. This Court finding surprise in the pendency of such application since 2011, directs the learned State Counsel to bring an affidavit of the Tahasildar concerned disclosing the reason of pendency of the Mutation Misc. Case No.62/2011 by the next date.

3. List this matter on 18th October, 2022.

4. This Court makes it clear that pendency of the Writ Petition shall not stand as a bar on the way of the competent authority in disposing the Mutation Misc. Case No.62/2011 in the meantime.
