THE CHIEF JUSTICE
JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH
ORDER
Order No. 22.09.2022
1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
2. There is a delay of 115 days in filing of appeal. The explanation offered in the application for condonation of delay is not satisfactory at all. These are stated to be routine administrative delays. As explained by the Supreme Court of India in Chief Post Master General and others v. Living Media India Ltd. and another, (2012) 3 SCC 563 and the subsequent judgment in The State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal 2020 SCC OnLine SC 849, this sort of an explanation is not acceptable for condoning delay. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The I.A is dismissed. Consequently, appeal is dismissed.
