1. 1. Mr.P.K.Parhi, learned DSGI submits that he is not sure if
Annexure-3 is the only basis of rejection and apprehends, there
might be involvement of the Petitioner in some other cases, for
which he wants to take instruction in the matter.
2. This Court finds, the Petitioner has volunteered to file two
F.I.Rs., vide Annexure-4 series. One appearing to be involving
offences under Sections 3 & 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of
Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 and Section 417 of I.P.C. and the
other case involves the offences under Sections498-A, 342, 294,
323, 506 & 34 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P. Act. The Petitioner
also claims, he is already in bail in both the cases. The Petitioner

further claims parity of the decision of this Court in W.P.(C)
No.48334/2022.
3. Let the matter re-appear on 28.9.2022. In the meantime,
Mr.Parhi, learned DSGI is to examine if the Petitioner is already
covered by the judgment of this Court. Two extra copies of the Brief
be served on Mr.Parhi, learned DSGI in the meantime.
