            7.       1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing judgment and order dated 21st July, 2017 passed in Cr.P. No.356 of 2015 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore.

3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo files a memo stating that the Petitioner does not want to press the present RPFAM. The memo filed in Court is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed the RPFAM is dismissed as not pressed.

5. Interim order dated 4th September, 2017 stands vacated.
