09. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. As agreed by the counsel for the parties, let the matter be listed on 13th December, 2022 for disposal on merit.

3. Meanwhile, the parties shall file their statements affirmed by affidavit on their income and liability in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in Rajnesh vs. Neha and another: (2021) 2 SCC 324.

4. In the affidavit, the Appellant should add a separate paragraph detailing with her illness and the medical expenses she requires to incur. The medical records be enclosed for our consideration.

5. A copy of this order be supplied to counsel for the parties, free of cost.
