01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard Mr. G.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the appellant.
3. This is an application under Section-5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 33 days (as per the report of the Stamp Reporter) in preferring the appeal under Section-19(1) of the Family Courts Act from the judgment dated 29.06.2022, as delivered in C.P. No.31 of 2021 by the Judge, Family Court, Phulbani.
4. Issue notice as to why the aforesaid delay shall not be condoned or any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances shall not be passed.
5. Notice is made returnable on 22.12.2022.
6. Steps for service of notice on the respondent shall be taken by the appellant by Registered Post with A.D. by 30.11.2022.
