2. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in the meantime, C.S. No.96 of 2013 has already been dismissed on merit. He undertakes to produce the copy of the judgment by Tomorrow (22nd November, 2022).

3. Put up this matter on 23rd November, 2022 by which date, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties shall submit the copy of the judgment in C.S. No.96 of 2013.
