ORDER
18.11.2022 Order No.
02. 1. This petition has been filed for review of the judgment dated 23rd December, 2020 passed in W.A. No.700 of 2019 and batch of cases.
2. It is pointed out by Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party in the review petition that the present review petition is itself delayed over 468 days and there is not even an application for condonation of delay.
3. Even if there was an application, the Court would not be inclined to condone such extraordinary delay in filing the review petition.
4. Even, otherwise, no grounds have been made out for review of the aforementioned judgment dated 23rd December, 2020 of this Court on merits particularly since the SLP filed against the
judgment under review has already been dismissed by the Supreme Court of India.
5. The review petition is accordingly dismissed both on the ground of limitation as well as on merits.
