6. 1. Considering the victim's evidence and the nature of accusations as also the fact that the Petitioner-Appellant was on bail all through during trial, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner-Appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter in T.R. No.3/27 of 2021/2015 including the condition that he shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
