2. Heard Mr. K.C. Kar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. This application has been filed for calling the Salary Certificate of the Respondent No.1 (the husband), who is working under Jindal Steel and Power Ltd.

4. We allow this application by directing the Respondent No.1 (the husband) to file an affidavit declaring his monthly salary, assets and liability in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in Rajnesh vs. Neha and another: (2021) 2 SCC 324 by the next date.

5. Let the matter be listed on 29th November, 2022.

6. The Opposite Parties are also given liberty to file any statement affirmed by affidavit.

7. The I.A. stands disposed of.
