ORDER (Oral)
Order No. 03.11.2022
01. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned Sr. Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department submits that the instant Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 7th March, 2022, which in turn is based on the earlier judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.902 of 2016 and connected matter (Satyabrata Nayak and others v. State of Odisha and others), wherein the official department has filed a Writ Appeal No.557 of 2022 before this Court and the LPA Bench vide order dated 15th September, 2022 in the said appeal has stayed the operation of the basic order dated 15th September, 2021. Hence, no contempt is made out.
2. In view of the above, it is contended that as of date, no contempt is made out and accordingly the instant Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
