04. 1. A preliminary objection has been raised by Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate relying on the decision in State of Maharashtra v. Anita (2016) 8 SCC 293 to urge that the Petitioners having accepted their respective appointments on contractual basis under the Group-B posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 nearly two years ago, are estopped from challenging the validity of the Rules.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants time to study the said judgment and respond.
