     06.    1.      Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of

petitioners and submits, there was a railway accident in an unmanned crossing on 27th April, 2008. Relatives of the deceased are petitioners, claiming compensation. He relies on a Division Bench judgment of this Court in Shyam Naik v. General Manger, East Coast Railway, Rail Vihar, Bhubaneswar, reported in AIR 2012 ORISSA 38.

2. Mr. Rayguru, learned advocate appears on behalf of railways and prays for adjournment to consider the judgment and then make his submissions.
