07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
/Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the State(Vigilance) seeks some time to examine the judgment relied upon by Mr. P. Achayra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, list this matter on 5th of April, 2022.
5. Further it is open for the petitioner to make an application before the learned court below for getting some time on the ground that the matter is being heard by this Court. In the event, an application is filed by the petitioner seeking adjournment in CTR No.26 of 2014 arising out of SBP Vig. P.S. Case No.44 of 2012 before the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Sundargarh for two weeks, the authority/opposite party shall adjourn the matter accordingly.
