Order No. 28.03.2022 03. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Learned counsel for the State submitted that since in the impugned judgment, the P.S. case number was not reflected, difficulty was faced by the Inspector-in-charge of Jaleswar police station to serve the notice on the informant. The case arises out of Jaleswar P.S. Case No.8 dated 02.02.2011 and the informant of the case is one Gunadhar Jena, son of Late Ganesh Chandra Jena, mouza- Dhansimulia, P.S. Jaleswar, Dist- Balasore who has been examined as P.W.1 during trial.

The Learned counsel for the appellants shall supply the deposition copies of all the witnesses to the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (29.03.2022).
List this matter in the week commencing from 11.04.2022.
In the meantime, learned counsel for the State shall obtain written instruction from the Inspector-in- charge of Jaleswar police station as to whether the notice on the informant is sufficient or not.
