1. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Petitioner claims to be coming under 'G' category of a judgment dated 24.11.2014 passed in W.P.(C).No.25672 of 2013. It is keeping this in view and further as this Court finds the application for re- settlement of the petitioner is pending vide Annexure-4 on demolition of the petitioner's booth with competent authority, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation-opposite party no.4 to consider the request of the petitioner for relocation, if possible, under the observation of disposed of writ petition bearing W.P.(C).No.25672 of 2013 by undertaking the complete exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
