03. 1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner claims that the Petitioner has, after the judgment of the Supreme Court dated 9th October, 2017 in Civil Appeal Nos.3381-3400 of 1998 (State of Kerala and others v. Fr. William Fernandez etc.) already deposited entry tax amounting to Rs.2.92 crores relating to the period 01.07.2009 to 30.11.2012. According to him, the remaining issue concerns the levy of interest on delayed payment and penalty which is being considered by this Court in a batch along with W.P.(C) No.13736 of 2017.

2. List along with the said writ petition whenever the said batch is listed for hearing.
