01. 1. Mr. Bisoi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, judicial review of impugned order dated 8th July, 2022 made by the Court below is necessary because his client's application to produce additional documents for adjudication of challenge to the award, was rejected. He relies on judgment of the Supreme Court in Canara Nidhi Limited v. M. Shashikala, reported in (2019) 9 SCC 462, inter alia, paragraph 18.

2. On query from Court Mr. Bisoi points out that the judgment was cited in the Court below. He submits, even then the rejection.

3. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioner will put in requisites.

4. There will be stay of proceeding in ARBP no.4 of 2020 till next date.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.

6. List on 23rd August, 2022.
