04. 1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, the appeal was preferred against order of the Court below in refusing to pass interim measure. During pendency of the appeal, award was passed. State has challenged the award. In the circumstances, the appeal has become irrelevant. Mr. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, those are the facts.
2. In view of submissions made at the Bar, there is no reason to interfere with impugned judgment dated 29th January, 2013 as parties are no longer concerned with the effect of it.
