2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the writ petition has already been answered by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2292 of 2014 disposed of on 06.05.2022, wherein School and Mass Education Department is opposite party.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner serves a copy of the said judgment on the learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department, who shall obtain instruction.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also requested to prepare the facts sheet giving details of the dates and facts, copy of which shall be served on the learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.
